The Career Planning program equips clients with tools to design and articulate a new story and career plan for an accountable and effective job search.
Participants will gain practical job search skills and tools. Our proven step-by-step methodology breaks down old beliefs and outdated tactics around work that no longer serve the candidate. A new narrative and “elevator pitch” are systematically formulated to then frame a search strategy. Mentoring continues through the search implementation phase with job search tools such as resumes and cover letters, job application submissions, networking, interviewing, and negotiations. In turn, the intuitive system develops conviction about future prospects and job search techniques for a new role. Job seekers who know what they want, but don’t know how to get it are ideal candidates for the Job Search program.
